Coach/Client Protocol

We follow a certain process in every executive coaching engagement to ensure clear expectations between the client’s manager, the senior human resources officer, the client, and the coach. You can expect our coaching process to include predefined deliverables, a time-frame, developmental activities, communication, and confidentiality.

  • The client is the person receiving individualized coaching.
  • We believe that coaching is a developmental process that is, and should remain, separate from performance evaluation and other evaluative organizational judgments.
  • We also understand the organization must monitor progress and evaluate its investment according to agreed upon deliverables throughout the coaching engagement. Therefore, it is a part of our coaching methodology to ask the client to share action plans with key stakeholders–their manager and human resources.
  • At the end of the engagement, we also strongly recommend the client share his or her achievements, recognitions, and changes with key stakeholders.
